Proceeds from sales help these women help themselves – Sunetaa's mission is to encourage women from less privileged backgrounds to acquire new skills; to give them the self-confidence and self-esteem required to earn by their own industry and initiative, and to enable them to carry this newly discovered skill and confidence into the wider world. Sunetaa understands the struggles that few underprivileged sections of the society go through and focus on uplifting and empowering them. As a brand, Sunetaa's products constitute ladies' ethnic wear sarees, Kurtis, kurta-sets, wester wear tops, and hand-crafted products. Sunetaa has been identified as a promising means of providing a livelihood for underprivileged women.
