Sunkhronos Institute

The Sunkhronos Institute is dedicated to help people better understand the ways they experience and lead individual and collective transformations. We provide our services to a diverse audience, including practitioners working in human centered professions (caregivers, coaches, consultants, HR specialists, social workers, teachers, therapists, trainers, etc.), persons in positions of leadership, researchers, and students. Coaching: We assist and support our clients, in their activities and through their personal and professional development, in order to help them sustain the transformations they are committed to. Training: We design and organize online courses, webinars, and workshops, as well as conferences and retreats, to share the knowledge produced and the methods used by our three research labs. We also partner with universities to design and organize innovative courses related to the research we conduct. Research: With the Temporalities, Rhythms and Complexity Lab (TRC Lab), we produce knowledge and methods that are critical, innovative, and transdisciplinary, in order to better understand how transformative processes unfold through space and time.
