Sunland Group, Inc.(Sunland) is a woman-owned, A/E/C multidisciplinary firm. Founded in 1985 as Sunland Engineering Company, we changed our name to Sunland Group, Inc. in 2003 to encompass our growing range of offered services including program management/construction management, architecture, civil land development, value engineering, and facility condition assessments. We are an established SWDBE- and TX HUB-certified firm with offices in Texas, Colorado, and New Jersey that employs a range of professional, technical, and support personnel. To date, we’ve completed over 700 major projects with a total construction value of more than $15 billion.
