We are a small team of experienced Healthcare Professionals who provide a personal service to our patients. We want to get to know you, understand your needs, your personal circumstances and offer advice that is practical and tailor made for you. We are not limited on time and you can choose whether you would like to be seen in your own home or in a clinic setting. We offer both dietetic and speech and language services along with case management of complex cases and medical legal services. All our Healthcare Professionals are HCPC registered (Health and Care Professions Council), members of their regulating body and have worked as Clinical Healthcare Professionals in the NHS. We have extensive experience working with both children and adults of all ages and in a variety of settings including in hospital, in clinics, in patient’s homes and in schools. We have worked with patients on an individual basis and also provided group education to patients, parents/carers, NHS staff and in schools.
