Sunmart is an omnichannel platform focused on serving 300 million customers in small cities, towns, and villages in India. We deal in groceries, personal care products, FMCG items, electronics, and household items, among others. Sunmart operates through a network of owned and franchised kirana stores, which serve as efficient channels to reach these consumers and build relationships and trust. These kirana stores act as connectors between Sunmart and its customers, helping us with customer acquisition, localized sales, and fast and low-cost last-mile delivery. Additionally, we are also adding people as sellers and franchise owners to help them grow their businesses.
