Sunpower Group was established in April 1997, listed on Singapore Stock Market Main Board in March 2005 and was subsequently upgraded to the Mainboard in August 2007. To capitalise on the enormous market opportunity in the anti-smog services sector in China, the Group has repositioned itself as an environmental protection services provider in energy saving, energy-efficiency and environmental protection business. Upon successful completion of strategic transformation, the Group’s current main businesses include Environmental Equipment Manufacturing (“EEM”), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) Integrated Solutions and Green Investments with BuildOperate-Transfer (BOT) and Build-Own-Operate (BOO) models and potentially exploring Green Investments with Transfer-Operate-Transfer (TOT) model.
