Sunshine Silver Lining

Sunny Naughton is a nationally recognized facilitator, entrepreneur and networker with over 20 years of presenting experience across the United States and New York City. Sunny comes from a background in human services, journalism and the entertainment business, with a Masters Degree in Leadership. This journey has culminated in Sunshine Silver Lining LLC, a vision consulting company with a focus on Collaboration and Connection through Executive Management, Communications, Facilitation & Events, Education & Advocacy. Named one of the the top 100 Mental Health First Aid facilitators in 2019, Naughton has worked across industries with greats such as the creator of the Broadway musical Annie, Martin Charnin as well as song and dance man Tommy Tune. Naughton received a Community Outreach Award from both the Governor and State Health Director of Vermont in 2019. She currently serves as Corporate Communications Manager for Camp Broadway, a theater enrichment company based in NYC in its 25th year. Sunny, through her work as the Executive Coordinator For Northeast Kingdom Learning Services, Inc, brought the first Big Brothers Big Sisters to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and continues to support needed nonprofits in rural America. In recovery after a decade of illness from Pseudo Cushing’s due to C-PTSD, Sunny is passionate about leading others to their strength. A native Vermonter that also calls New York her home, Sunny has worked with youth and families across the globe and enjoys engaging in experiences that allow everyone in the room to feel comfortable and empowered.
