TJ Tiedeman, PE, President of Sunshine State Engineering, has over 20 years of experience in civil, structural, and environmental engineering design and permitting. He has a broad range of experience with design and construction of public works infrastructure, storm water, and residential and commercial structural projects. TJ has vast experience in sound engineering design practices as well as coordinating across multiple regulatory agencies and levels of government, ensuring compliance with laws at the local, state, and federal levels. He also has strong project management skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and set appropriate goals. These unique skill sets enable TJ to maximize efficiency for the client in navigating the design and permitting processes. He graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. TJ has been licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Florida since 2005. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
