Sunshine Steps

We see the adverse effects on people’s health and mental well-being living in cities, eating processed foods, and leading sedentary lives. People are disconnected from their natural environment, locally grown foods, and their own bodies. Our mission is to bridge these divides by helping children and adults to reconnect with nature outside the urban environment, learn how to eat healthier, and lead more active lives through activities and events we organize.
