We are a small family run company started our journey in May 2013. Family run means it has deep rooted passion for the work we do and the impact we have for our children and our employees. Our objective is to setup early years education that is relevant to our local community. Getting to know children and families and building warm, positive relationships is crucial for us. Embracing the culture and community of our families, who provide us the privilege of caring for their children, and our staff who make the choice to join us and work with us. It is our objective that our staff enjoy coming to work each day and feel empowered as their inputs are taken, they are provided the tools and resources to do their job well. They are provided training and support, so no member of staff feels they are in it alone. Our children are happy to come to nursery each day as they are valued. The environment has consistent routines and rules that define expectations fostering an environment which makes everyone feel safe. When we feel safe, we feel happy.
