Superbia is part of an extraordinary LGBTQ community that holds extraordinary financial services needs. Our life goals, families and financial considerations are unique to the lives we live, so it's necessary our financial services and provider relationship understand this and reflect our realities, and respect our values. Superbia Services Inc (SSI) is made of the "branded house of Superbia entities" all of which are dedicated to serving the financial needs of the LGBTQ community. SSI creates the access and availability of financial services products in banking, lending, life and health insurances and money management solutions. The products are free of LGBTQ discrimination, and specifically consider the needs and benefit required for our community. Superbia Credit Union was an historic event, formed as the first credit union in history to serve the national LGBTQ community. The credit union charter was granted on the 9th of September 2019, providing the kick off to a tremendous work effort that saw the completion of 90% of the virtual credit union built and ready to open in 2020. The 2020 opening of Superbia Credit Union was a causality of the tremendous global pandemic impacts that lasted well into 2021. The opening of Superbia Credit Union remains a core part of our future, providing fair, non-discriminatory access to banking services specifically designed to address inequality and serve the needs of LGBTQ individuals. Superbia Services continues its work to directly bring forward other products and services not available through Superbia Credit Union to help secure LGBTQ Individuals and our community
