Our vision is to provide world-class services through decentralized technology with special interest in the financial and video-gaming sectors. Superhash aims to become a key global player in providing technology services to the emerging DeFi market. To be able to achieve this our primary focus is on preserving knowledge and extending our understanding of what this novel landscape is becoming. We are building a strong cultural foundation where learning, respecting diversity and enabling each other to achieve our common as well as our individual goals become the hallmarks of our community. From the very first day we've been building a company where we stand as one when it comes to solving hard problems, where we extend each other's abilities and capabilities so that not only do we present the best possible service to our clients but to ourselves as well. We strongly believe that technology is a toolbox. We choose the right tools for the right job. We believe in fitting rather than forcing technology. We think about whether a given technology will be cost-efficient on the long run including the availability of professionals, community support, ease of use and likely uptake. To realize our goals we use data. We measure our progresses, our velocities, our tools, find feedback and do thorough research to make informed decisions through our day-to-day operation without losing focus of our ultimate goal of becoming a world-class DeFi solution provider. This goal might be broad, but so is the future of decentralized finance. We learn on the go and while we do want to be on the forefront of this new space, our "careful, close second" approach mitigates some of the uncertainty of the field - trading it for security and a better control of our resources as we get a foothold.
