Vision: To enhance the financial well-being of vocational students in India through skill development. Mission: To provide career placements and growth opportunities to vocational students through training and counselling. Problem: Annually, 14 lakh vocational trainees graduating from ITIs are not equipped to manage their career decisions. Causes: Vocational students in India are: 1. Not realizing their ambitions after the completion of their course (due to lack of awareness of opportunities). Unable to access Apprenticeship and Job Opportunities (mostly because placement is unorganized). Susceptible to switching jobs too often (mostly because they are unable to adapt to the workplace). Our Solution: Step 1: Training: Trainees in the final semester are trained for career planning. Step 2: Placement: Trainees are placed in relevant Apprenticeship or job opportunities. Step 3: Retention: Trainees are counseled on the job in order to improve their retention in the industry. Step 4: Alumni connect: vocational students are connected to further training, funding, scholarships and job. opportunities. They are taught additional skills like personal finance management.
