In addition to offering real estate brokerage services, we also offer rental and property management services through our sister companies iRenta.com and iManaprop.com. iRenta.com, also known as Superior Florida Rentals, rents and manages luxury vacation rental homes. For international and out-of-state buyers, who in most cases will not use a secondary vacation home more than three to five weeks per year, the company ensures a steady revenue stream that covers many of the expenses incurred by an absentee owner, e.g, insurance, utilities, property taxes, and interest payments on a loan. iManaprop.com, also known as Superior Florida Management, manages investment properties that are rented out on an annual basis. Owners are ensured worry-free rent collection, maintenance, and other property related services.
