Superior Valuation Group LLC was founded in 2017, by Ben Neuhauser who is a general real estate appraiser, licensed in NY NJ and Florida. Ben's family has a long history of appraising residential and commercial properties in New York State, dating back to 1992, and David Neuhauser, brings his 25+ years of experience to the company as a review appraiser. We appraise all commercial property types including office, industrial, flex, retail, shopping centers, multifamily and many types of special purpose properties.
