Support Buddies

Having worked in the residential care industry for over 17 years, I realised that there was a need, in the local area, to support young, vulnerable people of school leaving age and upwards - it's often a very confusing time when extra support and guidance is needed. This was exactly why I set up Support Buddies. A Support Buddy is able to provide an unmatched level of one-to-one care which includes social support, learning support, active support and emotional support. We can also help around the house and assist with shopping. Above all, we are buddies! We build strong relationships with the people we work with on a solid foundation of trust.
