Support Collective is a NDIS Coordination of Support service in the Hunter Region of NSW. Our Core Values: Respect, Collaboration, Integrity & Inclusion Our History: Support Collective was founded in 2020 when a small group of passionate Support Coordinators identified the need for a service that provides high quality, ethical and person-centred supports to people with disabilities. Being Independent from all other services allows Support Collective to provide services that are guided and directed by you & your support team! Our Mission: Support Collective is committed to enhancing the lives of people with a disability by providing high quality, ethical and person-centred services that enable individuals to have choice, inclusion and achievement in their lives. Our Vision: A society where every person, regardless of their ability, race, religion, gender or sexuality, feels valued, respected and appreciated within their communities. Where they are given the opportunity to fully participate in their community and live their best life.
