Support House

Everyone has the right to housing and healthcare. Support House is a Halton-based non-profit with more than 42 years of experience delivering supportive housing, healthcare access, peer support, and community outreach. We support people facing complex mental health, substance use, housing, and health concerns through inclusive, person-directed services. Our work spans supportive and transitional housing, rent supplements, housing stabilization, and outreach, alongside primary care delivered through our Mobile Health Team and Community Health Centre model. Our interdisciplinary teams bring care directly into the community for people who face barriers to traditional systems. Through the Centre for Innovation in Peer Support, we advance peer-led practice, training, and system capacity grounded in lived and living experience. Rooted in equity and community partnership, Support House works alongside local health and housing partners to improve access, stability, and belonging across Halton. Need support?
