Suraksha Asset Reconstruction Limited (“Suraksha ARC”)(Formerly known as Suraksha Asset Reconstruction Private Limited) is an Asset Reconstruction Company with the Reserve Bank of India under section 3 of SARFAESI Act, 2002.It commenced the business on September 29, 2016 on receipt of registration certificate from the Reserve Bank of India. Suraksha ARC is promoted by senior industry professionals – Shri Sudhir Valia with decades of experience in various roles across different industries. Mr. Aalok Dave, MD & CEO, has been associated with the asset reconstruction business since its inception, i.e. has experience of more than 15 years in this industry. Suraksha ARC acquires NPAs/SMA 2 Accounts which have a potential of revival with financial and operating inputs by understanding the reason of stress conducting due diligence. Revival-focused Suraksha ARC categorises each deal as per the resolution strategy suitable to the deal and recovers the maximum value from the assets, thereby providing benefit to all the stakeholders.
