We use a range of tools to provide this service including a web based support portal, allowing key contacts in your business to log and track support tickets ensuring you are kept up to date with the progress of any ticket. We use an ITIL methodology to provide efficient and effective handling of incidents and service requests, ensuring service level agreements (SLA) are met. Managing and logging support tickets in this manner ensures that we are providing the service we have specified and provide you with a monthly report of tickets logged and additional criteria.
