Surface Medical Spa was founded by and is supervised by Dr. David Branch of Bangor Plastic & Hand Surgery. Dr. Branch is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with additional training in micro, hand and migraine surgery. Dr. Branch opened Bangor Plastic & Hand Surgery in the year focusing mostly on breast augmentations, tummy tucks, face lifts, and other typical cosmetic surgeries. Over time he added other services to his practice including Botox, fillers, and laser treatments. To better serve the demands of his patients, in 2006 Dr. Branch expanded even more into aesthetics and skincare by adding a licensed Aesthetician and then later an Aesthetic Technician. By then it became apparent that there was an ever growing demand for "medical spa" services, so at the beginning of 2009 he opened Surface Medical Spa!
