Surge ApS is an industry specialized headhunting company that specialize in only 4 industries. Our ambition is to contribute to strong, mutually rewarding relationships between specialists, senior business professionals, managers and clients in our target industries. We believe in going new ways and we look at the search process from a new angle, one where a deeper understanding of the specific industry traits is added to the traditional generic HR approach to search, that other search companies apply. We have found that our different approach generate a better end-result to our clients in terms of superior match, smoother integration and faster return on investment as well more successful and longer-lasting professional relationships.
