Surge Robotic is established in 2020 focused to provide the PCB industry with the world's first new quad-camera registration system, Falcon. For years, PCB manufacturers have relied on pin registration and dual camera registration. However, these technologies are insufficient in providing high end results in the current age. With our new Falcon System, it has the ability to understand board deformation by measuring four individual targets positioned on the corners of a PCB inner layer, and placing each layer at the optimal position with specially developed algorithm. Moreover, measurements of each inner layer are collected, which will finally enable PCB manufacturers to analyze their product at every stage of the lamination cycle.
