Surplus Property Solutions (SPS) was founded in 2005 in order to carry out the first pure leasehold liability transfer and transaction of 96 interests with Rentokil-Initial. From its inception, SPS has been the leader in working out troublesome leasehold liability portfolios SPS has a fully dedicated property team of nine, a large construction team, offices in London and Glasgow, and a number of partners chosen specifically for their ability to deal with liabilities. We are the number one market specialist in getting rid of unwanted leasehold liabilities.
