Surrendered Artist

Surrendered Artist is a certified 501c3 non-profit, and publisher of The BIG JOY Journal for kids, who is dedicated to promoting the use of art as a healing tool for coping with physical and emotional stress, and breaking the cycles of trauma and dysfunction. We proudly provide educational content, programs, workshops and live events, as well as award resources to equip individuals with the skills needed for self-expression and healing through art to ensure that the next generation of leaders knows how to handle any difficulties that life may throw their way. We believe that authenticity is today’s currency and through the intentional use of art, we can create a more loving world. We envision a society where emotional intelligence is valued and cultivated, and where every person has the tools to express themselves, connect with others, and thrive.
