Our Story SurveyHeart began with a practical problem and a mobile-first mindset. In 2017, Founder Vignesh Manickam started his software entrepreneurship journey by launching FormsApp, a standalone Android app that enabled users to create and manage Google Forms on mobile devices at a time when form-building was largely web-first for many users. The experience and traction from FormsApp revealed a bigger opportunity to build an independent, full-featured platform for digital data collection. That vision led to SurveyHeart, a SaaS product designed to make building forms, surveys, quizzes, and polls simple, fast, and accessible for everyone. Today, SurveyHeart LLP serves users globally through a web app and mobile apps, with a strong focus on clean UX, performance, and dependable data collection.
