Surveyors Australia

Surveyors Australia is the national industry association representing surveyors and surveying businesses, the majority of which are small and medium enterprises. Our focus is on strengthening the commercial sustainability, capability and leadership of small surveying businesses that underpin Australia’s housing, infrastructure and construction sectors. We advocate on issues impacting small business viability, including workforce shortages, skills development, productivity and regulatory burden. A core initiative is our Business Academy, designed specifically for small business owners, providing practical education in strategy, leadership, financial management, productivity and sales. The Academy has been successfully delivered within surveying and adapted for other industry groups, demonstrating its broader relevance to small business challenges. Through evidence based advocacy and practical support, we bring the real world experience of small business owners into national policy discussions.
