Within my consultations, I work with adult clients on topics like, for example- Work -life-balance & stress management - Managing time and coping with deadlines (exams, papers, and projects)- Developing healthier daily routines and discovering new roles -(Re) establishing fun activities & a meaningful social life - Enhancing me time, self-care & wellbeing - Finding fulfillment at work & making career changes - Developing confidence & self-esteem when engaging with family, friends, colleagues & managers - Mastering personal spending - Letting go of addictive & self-destructive behaviours Furthermore, I help children and adolescence by- Promoting independence in daily living activities - Supporting attention and concentration so that they can focus in class - Improving planning and organisational skills - Learning positive behaviours and social skills by practicing how they manage frustration and anger- Improving visual motor skills & eye-hand coordination, so they can do the required school/ collage work - Improving fine motor skills, so they can develop good computer skills- Developing balance, movement and coordination (e.g, ride a bike or scooter).
