Sustainable Together

Sustainable Together is a 501(c)(3) organization that was founded by a group of medical students from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. In the midst of the pandemic, we observed Pomona’s continued battle with food insecurity and took the initiative to actively support our community’s health. Understanding that increasing food accessibility is only part of the solution, Sustainable Together is committed to addressing Pomona’s well-being at its roots by embedding nutrition education within our community. By equipping Pomona with both knowledge and resources, our goal is to create a self-sustaining effort to improve the food landscape and overall health of Pomona.
