The Sutton Advisory Group was established to provide Deal Flow, M&A and Business Advisory services to middle-market Private Equity funds and the privately owned companies they assist at critical stages of their development. Many small and middle market companies have the vision and ability to grow but lack some of the essential short term resources to implement important growth initiatives such as Mergers, Acquisitions, Recapitalizations, Business Planning, Strategic Planning and Strategic Business Alliances. The Sutton Advisory Group was created to provide short term resources and guidance to assist these companies during the most crucial time in their development. A critical component of Sutton's approach is the creation of a bridge between the Private Equity community and those companies who can benefit from a private equity relationship.
