Professional, certified, personalized coaching with spiritual awareness, humor, and authenticity. I help students with ADHD to be academically successful in college and to claim their gifts as they explore vocational possibilities, spiritual resources, social connections, and emotional resilience. And I help their parents, who have poured their time and energy into helping their children overcome the challenges of ADHD, to begin recovering their own balance and dreams, and to reimagine family as a source of interdependent love and support. I believe that each person has unique gifts, and that the ones that accompany ADHD can help offset its challenges. I also believe that for people of faith, spirituality is an often-overlooked resource in understanding and applying those gifts, and especially in exploring vocational opportunities. I am skilled and talented at working with young people, finding blessings and common ground in their humor, their enthusiasm, and their curiosity. I am also a parent of two young adult sons, negotiating the journey toward their independence and ultimately toward a greater interdependence for our family. I coach in person, by phone, or by video conferencing (Skype, Google Hangout, Facetime), so location is not an issue.
