We are a consulting company that does more than just tell you what to do and then walk away. We work with you to understand what it will take for you to climb to the next plateau. We use that knowledge to build out policies, procedures, and systems to get you there. Those systems may be software, kanban, whiteboards, or anything else, and we implement them for you while we work with your team to launch and refine the policies and procedures. We're not done until you are scalable. We work with companies that have anywhere from 5-50 people and need to run the business with something more than spreadsheets, pieces of paper, and memory. In other words, we help businesses grow beyond what any one person can keep in their head into a business that is no longer "key person dependent."
