Suze Interiors specializes in staging homes to sell & decorating homes to live. The art of home staging is to prepare a home to show its best so that it sells quickly for top dollar. Suze has staged many homes & condos within the Vancouver area, many of which have sold within days & for more than the asking price. Home staging may involve bringing in furniture, artwork & accessories to create a lived in feel, so prospective buyers don't have to use their imagination. A Redesign is working with the home owners existing furniture & helping them with the declutter process. Sometimes moving around what they already have can transform a space into a "show home" feeling. Decorating homes may involve more extensive renovations to a simple colour consultation, buying new furniture & accessories, wallpaper, flooring, or window treatments.
