SW3 is a Dublin and London based Real Estate investment management company which specialises in strategies developed around macroeconomic analysis. SW3 has been an active investor in Ireland since 2012 and currently manages assets in excess of €1.25 billion across a number of Funds advised by the firm on behalf of a mix of institutional and private investors. SW3 deploys its own capital alongside external investors which ensures that the interests of all parties are aligned whilst building strong long-term relationships with its capital partners SW3 also directly invests proprietary capital across a variety of other sectors and asset classes globally.
