Swaayam.co is a hiring, learning and connecting platform that uses video and intelligence to simplify the process. Swaayam bridges the gap between job seekers and employers by breaking down the most common barriers within the job market, such as language, geography, and demographics. Swaayam helps an organisation hire a Diverse Workforce and enabled workforce. Our focus is to enable livelihoods by enabling learning, Hiring, wellbeing and connections. Our Vision - Is To bridge the gap between employers and jobseekers by breaking down barriers in the job market with respect to – Demographics, Language, Geography, Skills and eventually become the hiring platform of choice for diverse hiring, learning and wellbeing needs of the local community, at scale, in multiple languages. Swaayam connects employers and job seekers through intelligence and uses video as a medium. Our system summarizes key candidate information into decision making information, which includes a 90 second video along with a profile where he/she can showcase his achievements, experience, skills and preferences. For an employer, it provides a tool to attract and engage with candidates. An Employer can ‘see’ a candidate right at the start of the hiring process before actually meeting him/her in person. Employers can brand themselves by giving a candidate an insight into the culture of the organisation by way of creating engaging videos and video job descriptions. Swaayam focuses on enabling curating and building out Microlearning programs to enable skill enhancement and development of skills. It has a unique model to enhance and encourage learning across talent.
