Annually, millions in donations are raised to fund social projects that have a positive impact to society. These include projects aimed at quality education, clean water, good health and environmental conservation. However, raising funds for such projects is tedious, both in planning and follow up. SwahiliFund is an online crowdfunding platform that connects impactful social projects to people who care (donors). We provide social enterprises, NGOs and Charities with an easy and secure way to receive donations, the tools and resources to reach and engage donors, plus a reliable donor feedback mechanism and success story sharing. We are geared towards using tech for social good. Our social innovation supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 3,4,5,6,12,13,14,15 and 17.
