Founded in the year 2015, Swan Advisory is a boutique middle market M&A advisory firm headquartered in India, with access to a diverse range of strategic, investor and advisory networks worldwide. As a standalone advisory firm, we are able to render swift and seamless services, bypassing the usual bureaucracy associated with larger firms. Our deal sizes are typically in the range of $5 mil to $25 mil, with a preference to mature companies, in good standing, across a wide variety sectors including Industrials, Automotive, Manufacturing amongst others. Also, our team of professionals come from various disciplines and work to deliver seamless cross-border services. We have an established network of investment bankers, brokers, accountants, advisors and lawyers in various countries.
