Sweatfixx workouts are a focused 45 minutes of low impact, full-body conditioning. Whether you are a professional athlete or have never worked out before, our workouts are the toughest workouts that EVERYONE can do. IT’S ROWING – AND SO MUCH MORE. This is NOT your old school row workout. You will shock your body with intervals, on and off our sexy and smooth Water Rowers.
