Swedish Trails was founded on the belief that being immersed in nature boosts our mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing. The Swedish call this way of life ‘friluftsliv (pronounced free-loofts-liv) which literally translates as ‘open-air living’. It is our mission to bring ‘friluftsliv’ to nature lovers around the world by organizing trail walks in the Swedish landscape. Our trails vary in difficulty and terrain so we have something for everybody. Our focus is on sustainable tourism so that generations to come can enjoy the beauty of Sweden.
