SweetBeam was the worldwide leader in outlet marketing for luxury hotels and resorts. In-house capture ratios are important KPIs among the highest priorities for GMs of luxury hotels and resorts. Multiple studies have shown that guests who engage in the property’s outlets show 20% to 25% higher satisfaction ratings in post-stay surveys, are more loyal to the property, and are more likely to recommend the property to their friends, including via social media. SweetBeam took an analytical approach to increasing capture rates, on-spend and outlet revenues. We then applied this BI to marketing of the hotel's outlets. We offered marketing strategy, world-class creative, copywriting in up to 11 languages, and proven-effective staff coaching programmes.
