As an employee I noticed that, oddly enough, they weren’t selling cheesecakes (which are a deli must-have). I started selling my yummy cheesecakes to the deli and the rest is history. The cakes are freshly baked and easy to freeze. They are 8.5 inches and personal-sized cakes and mini bite-size cakes are also possible.
