Cumbria is a rural Country with centres in the north east (Carlisle), north west,(Cockermouth, Maryport, Workington and Whitehaven), central east (Penrith), south east (Kendal) and south west (Barrow and Ulverston) with the central lakes towns of (Ambleside and Windermere). The country is predominately rural with mountains and lakes in the centre, and the Irish sea in the west and the Pennines to the east. SWH operates mainly in the north of the County (all CA postcodes, DG10, DG12 and DG14 and NE49 and some of the adjoining LA postcodes) with surveyors operating out of Carlisle, Penrith and Cockermouth/Workington. We undertake the RICS Level 1, 2 and 3 Reports, undertake Mortgage Valuations for Building Societies, Banks and Panel Managers, together with an array of property related surveys and valuations for various purposes.
