Swift Expo works with the organizers of large events to help them spend more time making their event better and (substantially) less time organize the crew that's going to run that event. We offer a web interface that collects crew availability and preferences and automatically generates a schedule for the manager. We just finished creating a schedule for ReedExpos. This project initially took reed 150 volunteers and 120 man hours to create the schedule. Despite growing the show this year, we were able to schedule it with 120 volunteers and, outside of testing technical specs, I have spent less than 8 hours on setting up, creating, publishing AND troubleshooting the inevitable schedule concerns that come up with volunteers.
