Swim Open was created in 2016 to provide a completely new swimming experience. To allow people to escape crowded swimming pools and smelly chlorine and to discover the amazing sport of open water swimming - away from the crowds and closer to nature! Fast-forward to now, and we’re at the heart of an ever growing community of open water swimmers. People who have decided to ditch the pool and discover the thrill of swimming out in the open. But we know there’s so much more to do and we’re committed to getting more and more people to take part in this amazing sport.
