SWIMWELL©, owned and operated by Calvin Payne and associates, was established in 1987. The three part program includes:*Swimming Lessons *Water Aerobics *Water Safety The SWIMWELL© mission is to provide people with the knowledge and skills to swim well enough to save their own lives as well as, the lives of others. SWIMWELL(c) provides contract services in safety, fitness, and swimming lessons. The following have been among the many satisfied SWIMWELL© clients: University of Alabama at Birmingham, Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church, Camp Sugar Falls (for juvenile diabetics), Camp Smile-A-Mile (for juveniles with cancer), Lawson State Community College, the Greater Alabama Council of the Boy Scouts of America (Camp Challenge), and a host of private clients.
