Swiss Arab Network

The Swiss Arab Network (SAN) is a Swiss non-profit association that strives to bridge gaps, promote sustainable exchange and intensify the mutual understanding among Swiss and Arab people. Our ambition is to become a leading non-profit association in Switzerland with partner offices in the Arab world acting as a bridge-builder with a focus on network services, business relations and cultural exchange. SAN works with established partners like Swiss Business Council Dubai / Abu Dhabi, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Swiss Tourism, Arab-Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Switzerland Global Enterprise or the International Arab Film Festival Zurich and is today present in 5 countries (Morocco, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland). SAN believes in a strong, valuable and respectful relationship and friendship between Switzerland and the Arab World. We want to achieve this focusing on three key strategic areas: 1) Ongoing development of a strong network We are building a Swiss-Arab network and striving for partnerships with similar organizations. 2) Deepening economic relations We offer consulting services (e.g. market assessment and entries), business and conference trips, information and media services and doing or supporting projects in the fields of education and social responsibility. 3) Promoting and strengthening cultural exchange We offer cultural awareness training and coaching and we give presentations, speeches and organize conferences and Events. We focus on relevant Swiss and Arab topics such as Doing Business in the Arab World, Islamic Banking & Finance, Halal, Arab and Medical Tourism, Arabic Culture and Art as well as Arab Women in a Changing Society.
