The Swiss Diversity Forum The Forum is the optimal platform for companies based in Switzerland to position themselves as a company with their values and at the same time offer added value in terms of content. The Forum is also of interest to the relevant bodies within the company, especially employee organizations/specialist groups with a focus on women, people with disabilities, LGBT+ and people of advanced age. The program will consist of keynote speeches, panel discussions and a direct exchange with the audience. We facilitate productive, practical exchanges, highlight best practices, and ensure that synergies can be leveraged and positive ideas scaled- The Swiss Diversity Awards The Swiss Diversity Awards celebrate and honor the diversity of Switzerland, where people of diverse ethnicities, religions, impairments, genders or sexual orientations live- The Swiss Diversity Awards Association In Switzerland, the Swiss Diversity Awards association pursues the goal of promoting diversity and inclusion in all its forms. The focus is on the preservation and promotion of one of the pillars of human rights, which includes these two values. For this very purpose, an annual event was created to honor people and organizations in their work and activities that have promoted diversity and inclusion.
