The idea was born in 2022 when Paulina Dubey, swissroom's founder, faced the difficulty of finding spare rooms. Our platform enables tenants to find affordable accommodations for short to medium-term stays. Room providers are students or hosts with a spare room in their flat looking to maximize space while benefiting from rent or services. The idea relies upon the sharing economy and allows intergenerational exchanges. Are you going abroad for a few months? Do you have an extra room at your place?
