Our specific focus is on customer relationship management, email, document sharing and collaboration. We help small and medium businesses try out, evaluate and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS), Microsoft Office 365 and Azure. Our management team has over 30 years of experience of working within Microsoft`s own consulting group. Needless to say the technology is in our blood! All of our consultants are also seasoned business people. They understand the business implications of the technology that they work with. We are headquartered in Canada, have a local physical presence in the USA, the UK and the Caribbean, and provide our services across the globe. For all but our most complex projects we use a cost saving, remote engagement model that eliminates travel time and costs by using the phone, Microsoft Livemeeting/Lync and our own QuickStart templates.
