Santa Cruz, California – SwoonBeams, an upstart confectioner based in Northern California. SwoonBeams cares deeply about each element that goes into the production of Swoonbeams fudge. We use only pure ingredients like fine couverture chocolate, milk and organic flavors. There is no added corn syrup, marshmallow creams, preservatives, and other ingredients that compromise the subtle nuances of a fine confection. The chocolate used to make Swoonbeams fudge is Certified Fair Trade and Certified Organic. Small batch production and the use of an organic-certified kitchen also differentiate Swoonbeams from its competitors.
